Symbaloo is a great tool for studying ecosystems. Students are interacting with various web sites from @Symbaloo check us out!
Students love math stations. From addition to division each station concentrates so hard. Parents come visit our math or science stations for our Thanksgiving celebration!
Students are using area model (box), Lattice, Traditional, and a few Partial products. But we all love our stations!
Our newest program is Big Brainzs...
Students have been working and are on week two of ecosystems. There projects are coming to an end. Love the creativity and personal learning that is taking place!
Students create their posters on an ecosystem they are studying on easel.ly.com. They are using the Internet to show off their creativity! Check out our board in the hallway... Or look at their google drive
Students learn that you don't just use google to find information. Seth is on a teacher site called Symbaloo.com. Students are choosing an ecosystem to study and make an Easley.ly poster. We are trying to go paperless in our room this year. Our work is saved to our goggle drive. Check us out!
Students enjoy multiplication monster, first to 500 and graphing pictures by using math facts. A favorite is always the technology station. Students are using a site I created through portaportal.com
The end to our unit on cells is a trip to the lab. What fun to see real blood cells, butterfly wing, a cheek cell, and a muscle. So much to see and learn! No we did not eat cells today. Haha
